townhomes, with direct, private beach access, you will find a
secluded, cozy and relaxing vacation home. In the midst of beautiful
tropical foliage, walk along the garden pathway and lounge around
the pool. When you aren’t around the pool, head over the boardwalk
where you will enjoy swimming, shelling or peaceful strolls on the
beautiful pristine white sandy beaches of Sanibel. By the end of
your vacation, you will discover the joys of the beach with family
and friends, share in exciting outings, and create lasting memories.
Amenities
An open airy layout, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 sleeper sofas, and
screened-in lanai (porch) afford you to comfortably unwind. The
fully equipped kitchen also includes dishwasher, microwave, blender,
coffee maker, tea kettle & toaster. Also for your convenience is a
washer/dryer, CD player, television, VCR, DVD player,
high-speed internet service through sprint
(computer not provided), hair dryer,
golf clubs, and single garage. The heated pool is private for our
complex. All towels and linens are available; rafts
and beach chairs are provided.
Is your young infant/toddler coming along for the vacation? We have
the following: Pack and Play, High chair, gate for stairs, toddler
cups, books, toys, stroller and exer-saucer. Now there is no
inconvenience during your trip and less expense in having to rent.
It is nice for young families to know these things are provided with
our unit, and will ultimately make for a more relaxing vacation.

Assistance
The condo is being managed by a professional
property management company there on site on the island. A
management person is available 24 hours to renters (on-site) to
assist if there are any problems.
